Author Guidelines for the Journal of Research in Vocational and Technical Education (JORVTED)

1. Submission Process:

Manuscript Submission: Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically via the journal's online submission system.
Cover Letter: A cover letter should accompany the manuscript, including a statement that the manuscript is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and all authors have approved the final version.

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors for whom English is a second language are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native English speaker before submission.
Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word, with 1-inch margins, double-spaced text, and a standard 12-point font (e.g., Times New Roman).
Title Page: The title page should include the manuscript title, names and affiliations of all authors, and contact information for the corresponding author.
Abstract: Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the research purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the article.

Introduction: Introduce the research problem, its significance, and the objectives of the study.
Literature Review: Summarize relevant previous research and highlight gaps the current study aims to address.
Methodology: Clearly describe the research design, participants, data collection methods, and data analysis procedures.
Results: Present the findings of the study in a logical sequence, using tables and figures as needed.
Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and relate them to previous research.
Conclusion: Provide a concise summary of the main findings and their relevance to vocational and technical education.
References: Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition citation style for all references.

Figures and Tables: Should be included in the main manuscript file, each on a separate page at the end of the document.
Captions: Provide clear, descriptive captions for all figures and tables.
Quality: Ensure that all figures and tables are of high quality and legible.

Ethical Approval: Authors must confirm that the study was conducted in accordance with ethical standards, including obtaining approval from relevant ethics committees if applicable.
Informed Consent: Indicate that informed consent was obtained from all participants, where applicable.
Conflict of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of the research.

Review: All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is anonymized, removing any identifying information.
Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified time frame.
